We are a COVID-safe business. Upon entry, all guests will have temperature checked and will be required to register via contactless QR code.

General & Group Bookings:

We ask all groups of 10 or more to dine on one of our luxurious banquets, and we require a deposit to secure the booking. All food & beverage orders and any other arrangements are required in writing at a minimum of four days before your function.

Kindly note the deposit will be debited from the bill; however, should you need to cancel or reduce the numbers in your group, we require at least 24 hours notice. We will overlook two empty seats; then a $55 charge will be applied for each reserved seat that is empty. To cancel or modify your booking, please contact Zahli via phone or email.

To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to book for the maximum number of your party, as we cannot increase your reservation once we are fully booked.

A 10% service fee is applied to the final bill for groups of 10 or more.

  • Please note that all 6pm and 6.30pm reservations on Friday and Saturday evenings are limited to a two-hour period, and the table will be re-booked after this time.
  • Reservation for ten (10) people requires a deposit (*please note below), kindly contact Zahli for further details.
  • *10-15 people: $200
  • *16-20 people: $300
  • *21 & above: $400

In case of a cancellation, the Restaurant reserves the right to hold 80% of the total of the deposit. Alternatively, it is up to the customer to exchange the deposit to a voucher for a new experience at Zahli Restaurant.

Kindly make a note of all dietary requirements at the time of booking or contact us directly.

If there is a drop in numbers from the original booking, we must be notified a day before for lunchtime bookings and by maximum 1:00 pm for evening bookings. Failure to do so may result in a charge for those guests.

  • Zahli Restaurant is fully licenced.
  • A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Cakeage of $4 per person will be applied.
  • Zahli is committed to the responsible service of alcohol. Intoxicated guests will not be served. Consumption must comply with all local council and state regulations.
  • Split bills can only be between a maximum of two cards.

Late Arrivals

The Restaurant reserves the right to cancel your booking and allocate your table to other guests if you have not arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled seating time. Please contact Zahli Restaurant via phone if you are running late for your booking.

No Shows

Failure to attend Zahli Restaurant at the reserved time without prior notification given will result in you being identified as a “no-show.” We may choose to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to a future reservation if you are identified as being a “no-show”.


All catering orders must be made and paid within 48 hours of the catered event.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The amount must be redeemed in one transaction, with no credit or refunds for any value unused. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned for cash. For more information, contact the team at Zahli.
