By placing an order for a gift voucher via this website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions set out below:
- Expiry will be three months from the date of issue as indicated on your gift card. The unused value may not be refunded. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated three month validity period.
- This gift voucher can be exchanged for goods only; it is not redeemable for cash. Valid for use at Zahli Restaurant only.
- Please treat this voucher as cash. We are unable to provide replacement vouchers in the event of loss, theft or other circumstances.
- After purchase, the gift voucher will be posted to the nominated delivery address provided during the checkout process.
- When ordering a gift voucher, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the voucher.
- We are not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed on Public Holidays or special events such as Mother’s Day, Father’s day, New Years Eve. For further information, please call the Restaurant prior to making a reservation.
