By purchasing an eGift Card via this website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions set out below:
- Expiry will be twelve (12) months from the date of issue as indicated on your eGift Card. The unused value may not be refunded. eGift Cards not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated twelve (12) month validity period.
- This eGift Card can only be redeemed for dine-in or takeaway only; it is not redeemable for cash. Valid for use at Zahli Restaurant only.
- Please treat this eGift Card as cash. We are unable to provide replacement eGift Cards in the event of loss, theft or other circumstances.
- When ordering an eGift Card, you should ensure and double check all details have been filled in correctly, especially the purchaser and receiver email addresses. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the voucher.
- After purchase, a purchase confirmation and the eGift Card will be electronically emailed to the purchaser and receiver, respectively. If you do not receive the eGift Card within 24hrs, kindly check your SPAM or JUNK email folders. If you still haven’t received the eGift Card, then please contact Zahli Restaurant on (02) 9318 2228.
- We are not responsible if an eGift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission as no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
- eGift Card cannot be redeemed on Public Holidays or special events such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, New Year’s Eve. For further information, please call the Zahli Restaurant prior to making a reservation.
- Upon making your reservation, you must inform one of our team members either via phone or via the special notes in your online reservation that you have an eGift Card that you would like redeem.
